I have many things to ramble about, but time is working against me and I need to go (think about heading) to bed. Please consider this a raincheck (rain! hahahahaha) and check back this weekend.
The cats came home after they had surgery - both seem to be enjoying all that this house has to offer: big (and sometimes empty) boxes, piles to hide behind and topple over, and plenty of time alone during the day to explore places they aren't allowed (such as, for example, the top of the refridgerator). I'm greeted at the door with purring and squeeking (they don't "maiow" as much as they "squeek") and we've been known to curl up for an early evening nap together.
Without further ado, I'd like to introduce you to Beazlie
and Izabelle(a?).
I can't imagine only having one of them, and I'm glad I was able to offer them a place to be together.
(Trying to get pictures of them has been humbling and I now have an even greater respect for Maryse and Claudia.)
They're just perfect! And I love their names.
ReplyDeleteso sweet. napleon was a ham. he liked to pose for photos.
ReplyDeleteThey are adorable. Mason says welcome to the world of posing for knit blogs. It ain't easy but somebody's got to do it.
ReplyDeleteOh, hello sweet kitties! I must confess a bit of jealousy because these two look exactly like the sibling kittens that I adopted about 7 years ago. My black/grey boy moved into a neighbor's house when Little Man came home and my calico girl was hit by a car 3 years ago. I miss them so much (esp. my calico), so it'll be nice to watch your babies online. Frequent pix, ok?
ReplyDelete(also - can you send me your new address)
So cute! Welcome home little kitties.
ReplyDeleteYour new family is fabulous. Nice names, cute faces and perfect posers;-)
ReplyDeleteThey're just beautiful! Enjoy them. I love that last picture with one grooming the other. Nice that they get along.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful kitties! I love their names. My cats are getting used to having their pictures taken for my blog.
ReplyDeleteThey're adorable. (I would say that cat pictures are a very good example of the general photography rule of taking lots and lots of pictures so a few of them will turn out well.)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! And you were able to get such fantastic pictures of them. My cats do not cooperate at all for photo shoots. I literally have to take about 50 pictures to get just one that's any good.
ReplyDeleteThe cuteness. Oh the cuteness! My eyes!
ReplyDeleteNo, really. So adorable I can't take it. You must be in cute heaven, and cozy in your home. Yours.

ReplyDeleteAdorable kitties!! I'm so glad to find my sock pal is a kitty lover too!!
ReplyDeleteOff to snoop around your blog and see a little bit about you! ;)
Your sockapalooza pal!
I have 9-year old sibling cats now and love them to pieces. One of them is meandering across my lap and keyboard as I write this. My previous generation of cats were not siblings but I swear that the two I have now are the reincarnation of the first pair.
